Great question. A Story is considered published when it’s shared via URL, embedded, or exported as a SCORM package.

Each plan includes a set number of published Stories — that’s how many can be live at the same time. But don’t worry! You can toggle Stories on or off anytime to stay within your limit or add more as needed.

There’s no limit to how often you can publish or reuse a single Story, nor the number of learners that play it.

Yes! We Are supports dynamic SCORM (2004 and 1.2) on all paid plans.

AI Studio is an add-on that lets you create media directly in We Are. For example, turn We Are Characters, photos, and illustrations into videos in just a few clicks. Simply upload an image, add a script, and choose a voice to create a talking avatar video you can drop straight into a Story. Media created in We Are’s AI Studio can also be downloaded to be used anywhere. Learn more.

Note: We take data privacy seriously. In We Are Learning's AI Studio — your uploads are used only to generate your content, not to train third-party models. Contact us if you have specific compliance requirements for your organization.

AI Studio is available as an add-on on every We Are plan, including Single Creator, Small Business, and Enterprise. It's currently in beta — contact us if you'd like early access for free.

AI Studio runs on AI credits: one shared currency for everything you create (image-to-video today, with image and voice generation coming soon). You get a monthly credit allocation with your We Are plan. These do not roll over. You can top up anytime if you need more, and these credits are valid for 30 days from purchase.

The cost of each generation is shown before you confirm it, so there are no surprises.
